IPS Finance is working with a commercial business in the Huddersfield area on a Finance Manager role. The company supplies to both the UK and International markets and has gone through a period of signification growth.This is an opportunity for a hands on qualified accountant to work as No.2 to an experienced Financial Director who will be an excellent mentor as you develop into a future financial controller for the business.We are looking for an industry based accountant who is looking for the next career step. You will be supported by a small finance team and will take responsibility for preparation of monthly management accounts for both the UK and group companies, cash flow forecasts, working with the FD on budgeting and forecasting,VAT returns, inter-company reconciliations and assist with the year end audits and supervise a team. Experience in an international business including knowledge of multi-currencies and strong excel skills would be advantageous.
