Job Description

  • Using these four core elements coupled with our highly-tailored approach, we are continuing to develop our business and to achieve our ambition to be the go to’ company for bespoke construction-site CCTV security system installation and monitoring. To help us achieve this aim, we have identified an exciting new opportunity to join organisation as a Business Development Manager.The RoleOur product and service offering are second to none, and that means we need a driven and talented individual capable of managing and developing an existing base of key clients as well as introducing new ones. Ideally, you will have a proven track record of two or more years in a similar role and possess the ability to establish your own sales pipeline and meet and exceed targets.You will thrive working as part of a team but will also possess high levels of integrity and the work ethic required to work autonomously away from the office environment, yet still meet your targets.You will be highly motivated, able to communicate at all levels and have a strong desire to succeed.Your Key responsibilities as Business Development Manager
  • Develop long term relationships with new and key existing clients
  • Working closely with new & existing clients and assessing their needs
  • Managing several framework clients whilst generating new business
  • Booking appointments
  • Management of your pipeline to include weekly/monthly forecasts
  • Visiting customer sites to perform site surveys
  • System Design following site surveys
  • Providing quotations to new and existing customers
  • Updating our JobWatch / CRM system & be familiar with ABI Barbour
  • Re-approaching lapsed accounts

  • LocationThe position you are applying for will cover North of the UK. You will occasionally be required to attend our head office in Emley, which is set in the stunning beauty of the West Yorkshire countryside, and overlooked by the famous Emley Moor TV transmission tower. Required skills
