We have an exciting role for an experienced HR professional to join a successful business with ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years. In this newly created Group HR Manager role, you will work closely with the MD and senior managers, supportingthe business and all its subsidiaries to deliver people-related processes, vision and strategy.The role is a full HR generalist remit providing a key HR service to the group to ensure all business plans are met. You will drive key initiatives such as employee engagement, improving job design and resourcing, develop an employee value proposition andcoach operational managers in the skills required for people management.Key deliverables will include: Leading a full recruitment, selection and onboarding process. Collaborating with managers in the group to ensure the smooth running of the business and its subsidiaries from a people perspective. Manage all ER issues and case management Overseeing staff attendance and absence monitoring. Provide detailed HR reports to senior management teams. Managing talent pools and succession plans to ensure the group can continue to operate in the future. Overseeing training and development of employees. Administering financial elements such as payroll, compensation and benefits, and pension schemes.The role is offered on a part time basis of up to 30 hours week and will ideally be office based for at least 3 days a week.If you are CIPD Level 5 qualified and looking for a role where you can really drive change and growth, please contact Becky Wilson for further details.
