Our client is a successful global business based on the outskirts of Thetford, who are now seeking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to join them on a fixed term contract basis.Working closely with the HR Business Partner, this role will provide a comprehensive HR support to managers and employees across all aspects of HR, provide coaching in regards to all aspects of people issues.The role is varied and will take responsibility for the recruitment and onboarding process, supporting managers with first line HR queries, absence and performance advice, supporting the HR Partner with HR projects, talent and succession planning.To be considered for this position, applicants must have demonstrable HR generalist experience and be confident in providing advice to key stakeholders and be keen to develop their own skills and personal development.If you are loking to develop your HR career, then this role offers great exposure to all aspects of an HR generalist remit and will be working with a great and supportive HR team.For further information, please contact Becky Wilson
