We are currently recruiting for aLaser Operator to work ROTATING SHIFTS tojoin a well-established Steel Fabrication company based in Sandbach. Offering great benefits such as a Golden Hello of £1,000 in your first year for new starters plus many more!ThisLaser Operator role ispermanentworking the following shifts:Monday - Thursday 6am2pm (06001400) AND Friday 6am12pm (06001200) Pay Rate £10.91 to £14.06 hourper hour (dependent upon skills and experience)MondayThursday 2pm10pm (14002200) AND Friday12pm6pm (12001800)Pay Rate: £12.13 to £15.63 per hour (dependent upon skills and experience)As a Laser Operator you will be working in a team of 8 reporting to the Workshop Manager with the following responsibilities:

Responsible for the set up and operation of laser machines
Reading of technical drawings
Performing quality checks on the work produced
Working with steel and high value components
Undertake other reasonable duties when required.

We are keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:

At least 3 years worth of experience as a Laser Operator
You will have experience setting up and operating laser machines
Previous mechanical and/or automotive manufacturing
Understand engineering drawings
