Job Description

Senior Block Manager - £45,000 to £55,000An award-winning Property Management company based in Hertfordshire, are looking for an experienced Block Manager to join it’s busy and passionate team of Block Managers.With an outstanding reputation for providing a great service to clients, you will be joining a company who really look after their staff and who have a great staff retention as a result.Reporting into the Head of Block Management the Property Manager will be responsible for looking after a well-established portfolio of properties across London.Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm in the office (with no weekends!) and parking is provided.The ideal Property Manager will:

Have at least 5 years’ experience as a Block Manager
Ideally be AIRPM qualified.
Take care and pride in their work, always striving to provide a first-class service
Be well organized and able to multitask, be flexible where necessary
Have good knowledge of QUBE computer system.
Have good knowledge of windows-based applications - i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel
