Job Description

Job PurposeThe Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for the day to day management of the administration relating to all defects reported. This role takes ownership of all ongoing customer issues and allocates resources including Customer Service Operatives andcontractors to undertake work in customers’ homes.CSC’s are responsible for the collation and management of information and data upwards for analysis and the escalation of customer issues, where appropriate.Main Duties of a Custoomer Service CoordinatorAdministration of Customer Service Coordinator issues

  • • Monitor the Customer Care Inbox
  • • Receive and log on Easybuild the results of all telephone calls and emails from Customers, Clients, Contractors and Internal Contacts
  • • Ensure the preparation and issue of the weekly defects report for each site as directed by the CSM
  • • Provide feedback to the technical department in relation to defective materials etc
  • • Ensure all relevant documentation is in customer plot files and logged on Easybuild
  • • Archive site information as required
Management of Contractors and Customer Service coordinator
  • • Ensure the correct allocation of defects reported
  • • Allocate any EOD/NHBC inspections and other inspections as required
  • • Oversee the work of contractors and report on poor contractor outcomes to the CSM
  • • Balance and coordinate the scheduling of CSO’s
  • • Ensure materials are available as they are needed
