Job Description

Exciting new opportunity for a talented and passionate Global Community Manager to join exciting skincare brand experiencing huge growth!The Global Community Manager will act as the brand’s voice across all social media channels. Working to drive brand engagement, awareness and education, through proactively developing conversations, building relationships and communities with consumers,brand advocates, influencers and celebrities.Reporting into the Head of Communications, the Global Community Manager will have a true passion for social media, up to date with the latest trends and developments in the market and a natural interest in beauty and skincare.Key responsibilities:

  • Own strategy for community growth and engagement
  • Be responsible for finding and nurturing social communities to build brand awareness and education
  • Leading authentic customer conversations across all social platforms
  • Identifying key trends across social media and reporting back to the wider communications team
  • Increasing product awareness amongst target audiences, acting as first touchpoint for new followers
  • Repurposing customer/influencer/press mentions across stories
  • Use social tools and platforms to report on community trending topics and customer engagement insights to optimize growth opportunities
  • Support global expansion in new markets/territories
