You will be overseeing administration, HR, sales, workshop and dispatch. You will also have regular contactwith the Manufacturing Manager, R&D Manager, and Finance Manager.The end goal though is to continue to progress towards a more senior role within the company, as the Managing Director is looking to slowly step back to a more hands off position.
