Job Description

Are you an experienced Administrator who has excellent attention to detail, as well as first class customer service skills Are you looking to join a supportive environment with an international company who are looking to expand their administrative teamYou will be handling all of the invoices and contracts for the business, using intermediate to advanced levels of Excel and high attention to detail. The position involves invoicing for specific customers and dealing with queries relating to these and theircontracts. Full training will be given on their in-house systems. You will be working Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm based from offices in Elstree.Key duties:

  • Maintaining customer contract renewals and amendments and invoicing all chargeable work
  • Creating contracts, including contacting customers and sales teams to ensure accurate processing
  • Monitoring contract e-mail inbox and dealing with internal and external queries
  • Dealing with annual maintenance contracts, including immediate and deferred invoices
  • Completing all monthly billing, invoices and credits
  • Raising monthly planned work using the system
  • Assist credit control and sales with invoice and contract information
  • Dealing with customers via phone or e-mail
  • Preparation of reports for customers and the sales team
We are looking for candidates with:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent telephone manner
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including creating/using formulas
  • Ability to work in a busy team environment
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task
