Job Description

Our successful company requires an experienced administrator to manage sales orders and training courses. This is a full-time office based role, not working from home.The role requires exceptional organisation and communication skills (both written and oral). A good knowledge of MS Office is essential, particularly Word & Excel.Key responsibilities:Manage sales orders from start to completion in a timely manner, liaising with all stakeholders as required to ensure a smooth and efficient processManage and organise all aspects of training course calendars and bookingsProvide excellent customer service through responding to customer calls and emails relating to all business activity in a timely and efficient mannerReport on key activities to relevant managers/staffAsssisting in other departments as required by the businessIf you are interested in joining us then please apply including a covering letter.NO AGENCIES PLEASE.
