Are you looking to join a friendly and supportive company who are looking to expand their administrative team Do you enjoy working in administration, using Excel and in-house systems Working in this varied position, you will be processing invoices andcontracts for the business, using high attention to detail. The position involves invoicing for specific customers and dealing with queries relating to these and their contracts. Full training will be given on the company processes and systems. You will beworking Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm based from newly refurbished offices in Elstree.Key duties:* Maintaining customer contract renewals and amendments and invoicing all chargeable work* Creating contracts, including contacting customers and sales teams to ensure accurate processing* Monitoring contract e-mail inbox and dealing with internal and external queries* Dealing with annual contracts and all invoices for the business* Completing all monthly billing, invoices and credits* Raising monthly planned work using the system* Assisting credit control and sales with invoice and contract information* Dealing with customers via phone or e-mail* Preparation of reports for customers and the sales teamWe are looking for candidates with:* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent telephone manner and a flexible attitude* High attention to detail* MS Excel skills, ideally creating/using formulas, although your skills will increase with experience* Ability to work in a busy team environment* Highly organised and able to multi-taskIf you are self-motivated and enjoy working in an administrative role where you will be using various computer systems, as well as liaising with internal and external customers, call us or apply today!
