This is an exciting opportunity to forge a career in Customer Service within the transport industry to join an established and progressive company.The Customer Service Administrator Role;

Managing our customers daily volumes
Dealing internally with staff to manage any issues or problems
Dealing externally with our customer, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times

The Customer Service Administrator Candidate;

Excellent communication skills
A good foundational knowledge of IT systems
Ability to use Microsoft programmes such as Excel is essential
