To learn more visit www.exertis.comJob description:Job PurposeWork with the Office Products team, to support the daily activities needed to drive the category forward, including maintenance of data, preparation of reporting, entry of data to Chorus and other company systemsA key aspect is to manage communications with suppliers to obtain and maintain data from them that is relevant to our activityDrive local buying efficienciesResponsibilitiesResponsibility 1 - 50% of timeWork with the Purchasing Team·Collate daily reports relevant to replenishment activity using reports to place orders with Suppliers as required· Manage the requests for information from the sales team and customer care team (ETA’s, POD’s availability, etc), answering queries directly where possible and passing on to colleagues where more detailed input required· Processing data input to the company systems to include order processing, updating of product data, updating and chasing of overdue orders from suppliersResponsibility 2 - 50% of timeWork with the Category Team·Produce Daily, weekly and monthly reporting for the team· Manage communication and collection of information and data from suppliers· Maintain the key files on shared drive in relation to product·Upload and maintain data on company systems·Regular support of warehouse as required to ensure goods are efficiently and effectively passed through our business· Other duties as deemed necessary by the Purchasing Co-ordinatorKnowledge, skills & experience required
