Job Description

As well as a basic salary, plus possible yearly bonus, the role also offers 27 days holiday plus bank holidays Our client is a globally operating organisation, focusing on customised and bespoke manufacturing, and they are continuing to expand.As a Customer Service Administrator, you will become part of a close-knit team and will use your experience to become an integral team member.The successful candidate will become part of a multi-skilled Customer Care & Internal Sales Team and the role will be varied but duties will include:

  • Engaging with customers via inbound phone and email contact.
  • Responding to, and managing, bespoke quote requests.
  • Liaising with internal departments and the fabrication team when compiling quotes.
  • Processing technical sales orders.
  • Responding to sales and customer service enquiries.
  • Investigating customer complaints.
  • Contacting customers as part of sales campaigns.
  • Adhering to agreed processes and Quality systems.
The successful candidate must have:
  • Experience within a customer care/service team.
  • Experience of handling sales related customer contact via telephone and email.
  • Experience of working with a technical product, or be willing to learn.
  • Knowledge of SAP (desirable but not essential)
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Accurate data entry.
