If this sounds like you, please read on to find out more about the Customer Experience Coordinator opportunity.How will you support us This role is working with Glassolutions part of the Saint-Gobain group and is the largest processor and distributor of glass in the UK. We offer a range of services unrivalled across the glass industry, supplying and processing glass for a broad range of applications.In the role of Customer Experience Coordinator, you will:

  • Proactively sell glass to glass-utilising companies.
  • Manage the entering, processing and progress of customer orders.
  • Represent the voice of the customer within the business.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure quotations, enquires and complaints are communicated and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Promote and assist in the conversion of customers to Glassolutions ecommerce platform.
