Equestrian Facilities AdministratorScottish National Equestrian CentreSRUC Oatridge, West Lothian£20,041 - £23,415 per annum (under review) REF: ACF/SNEC/082/21Scotlands Rural College (SRUC) is unique in Scotland and one of the largest organisations of its kind in Europe. The Scottish National Equestrian Centre (SNEC) based at our Oatridge Campus, is a modern venue for equestrian sports and activities. It currently boasts fantastic facilities, including 80m x 40m international 400-seater arena,60m x 25m warm up arena, 110m x 80m outdoor turf arena. The centre is used both as an educational and training facility for SRUC students and as a commercial equestrian venue.SRUC is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable person for the role of Equestrian Facilities Administrator. The purpose of this role is to support the Equestrian Facilities Manager in the delivery of equine education and training programmesand in the commercial equestrian hires and events at Oatridge. The postholder will be responsible for undertaking all areas of office administration associated with the equestrian facilities, including managing booking for SNEC, maintaining staff rotas andovertime records, invoicing, raising POs, maintaining animal health records, dealing with enquirers etc. They will also participate in and support the equestrian team at Oatridge in their delivery of commercial events and hires.Candidates should possess a recognised education or training qualification to HN level in business administration or relevant equivalent professional experience. Proven office and business administration experience and experience of planning and runningevents is essential.
