Our ambitious and exciting vision is to work at local, national and international levels, leading innovation and sustainable development in agriculture and rural sectors.SRUC are looking to welcome an experienced administrator to join the busy team providing administrative support to the Academic Records and Admissions teams and helping ensure effective and efficient systems, processes and procedures are in place, and implemented,within SRUCs academic records, admissions and student fees/funding function.The successful candidate may be based at SRUCs Oatridge Campus in West Lothian as part of the Academic Records team within the Registry function. Consideration will be given to other SRUC Campus locations.To be considered for this role, you should possess an HNC/D or equivalent experience relevant to the role. A qualification in business administration to SVQ level 3 or equivalent is desirable.You should be an experienced administrator with proven experience of high-volume data input, process-driven workflows and providing an effective service to internal and external stakeholders. Some knowledge of FE and/or HE in Scotland would be beneficialincluding experience of student admissions and/or student fees/funding. You should possess a flexible attitude and be able to work to tight deadlines.
