They have a fully-trained network ofskilled engineers across service, applications and pre & post-sales support. On top of this, they have departments dedicated to projects, technical support and applications, to ensure customers receive the very best experience when purchasing a new machine.As this role will require full training, this is a genuine opportunity for someone already at apprentice or junior engineer level within mechanical engineering or toolmaking, who wants to take their career to the next level within CNC manufacturing. Provide a high standard of technical support to customers in terms of machine demonstrations
Frequent travel to customer sites all over the UK, and occasional travel to Europe for new CNC Product Training
Prepare and prove machining methods, strategies and cycle time estimations, designed to provide solutions to customers manufacturing problems
Working on a range of CNC Grinding Machines
Assisting customers with troubleshooting support and guidance, either remotely or on site
Supporting installation teams with new machine installations, providing the customer with user training and operating instructions
Supporting sales managers with customer visits to discuss features and benefits of the machine tools
