Job Description

Adele Carr Recruitment are looking to hire a Quality Assurance Assistant on behalf of a valued client that is dedicated to delivering high-quality products to their customers. Priding themselves on commitment to quality and continuous improvement.TheQA Assistant will provide support to the Quality Assurance team, on a Temporary basis with potential to turn permanent.Overview: You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. You will work closely with the Quality Assurance team to assist in various quality control processes and procedures. This is a temporary position that offers an excellent opportunityto gain valuable experience in the field of quality assurance within a dynamic and growing company.Responsibilities:

Assist in performing quality inspections and checks on products at various stages of production.
Help maintain and update quality control documentation and records.
Collaborate with team members to identify and report quality issues and non-conformities.
Support in conducting internal audits and assessments.
Assist in the investigation of customer complaints and quality incidents.
Help implement and maintain quality standards and procedures.
Participate in training and development programs related to quality assurance.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a quality assurance role is a plus, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
