ReedLegal are working with an established firm of Solicitors who are recruiting a Private Client Fee Earner to work in their Private ClientWills & Probate department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the right experience.You will be dealing with a variety of private client matters and must be a good team player.Must have sound theoretical knowledge and experience of the work and an ability to conduct cases from beginning to end. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively is essential.Wills and Probate

Manage a full caseload

All aspects of probate will be drafting, tax planning and estate administration and including Powers of Attorney

TRUSTS

Advising on all aspects of trusts, including lifetime, will trusts and elderly client trusts, draft, administration, and taxation issues.
