Job Description

Proactive Personnel Ltd are pleased to be working with well established Engineering firm in Birkenhead with their search for a Press Brake OperatorTHE ROLE

  • The role will involve operating a Pressbrake CNC
  • Set, Program and Operate a Press brake machine and train future operators.
  • Learn, Set and operate various production machines/processes. Examples are, Weld Studding, Insert Machine, Spot Welding)
  • Start and operate Laser Machine
  • Operate hand tools
  • Responsible for personal quality control and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Clean and maintain work area and equipment.
  • Liaise with Production/Manufacturing Manager to ensure jobs are completed on time.
  • Suggest ways of improving safe working practices (including material handling) quality and efficiency.
  • Operate within safety guidelines and any operating procedures
  • Complete necessary paper work.
