Dyffryn Gardens is a peaceful oasis on the outskirts of Cardiff, with 55 acres, and Grade I listedgardens.Were a friendly team and were ambitious too, with ongoing conservation projects, both indoors and out. What youll be doing Youll be responsible for managing an efficient, effective and flexible facilities management service across the portfolio, ensuring the highest standards are delivered. As part of the property team, youll work with colleagues to deliver high quality presentationacross the visitor journey. Who were looking for

• An understanding of facilities management and maintenance requirements
• Good experience of broad compliance and risk management, including knowledge of Health & Safety, CDM regulations, Emergency procedures and Fire & Security procedures.
• Good people and customer service skills
• Experience of managing budgets, finances, projects and contracts/contractors
• Advanced IT skills
