Job Description

Our client is a medium size Manufacturer that design, manufacture and supply inspection equipment to the coatings industry.Due to continued growth they are now recruiting a Quality Management Systems Engineer (QMS) to help develop, implement, evaluate, & continually improve the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) & standards, processes & procedures to meet internal& external requirements within company.The role

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams you will design & implement the QMS, ensuring alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001) & relevant regulatory & customer requirements.
  • You will develop IMS documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, & templates, to establish a clear framework for processes & practices.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness & compliance of the IMS processes & procedures.
  • You will Identify risks & areas for improvement & work with stakeholders to implement corrective actions & preventive measures.
  • You will foster a culture of awareness & understanding of the QMS across the organisation by working closely with various stakeholders.
  • You will facilitate & support Managers in root cause analysis to resolve problems to ensure corrective actions are implemented & disseminated throughout the company.
Requirements
  • Must have experience of ISO 45001 or ISO 9001
  • Must have previous audit experience
  • Ideally experience of the Pressure Equipment Directive
Success factors for this role would look like the following:
  • Reduce 3rd party non conformance reports
  • Increase adherence to the internal audit schedule
  • Increase levels of QMS communication & publicity in the Company
