We currently require the services of an Infrastructure/3rd Line Engineer to work for a well respected Public Sector client based in ManchesterContract Manchester Based12 MonthsHybrid WorkingInside IR35Within the role, you will be expected to work on a number of projects within the business providing both infrastructure and 3rd line support.Experience required:* Proven all round 3rd line escalation experience * Able to handle high pressure incidents and work and excel under pressure * Worked within an ITIL environment with incident logging and change management processes. * Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) * Proven ability to manage and maintain process and technical documentation.The following tech skills will be required:* Predominantly Microsoft skills set, although Linux skills will be a bonus.* Active Directory/Azure AD* Excellent HyperV and Azure Stack HCI skills* Excellent Windows Server skills, management and troubleshooting, with server roles DNS,DHCP, DFS, storage spaces direct etc * Azure management and troubleshooting skills with Virtual servers, networks, Storage , Azure Files etc * Excellent Microsoft 365 management and troubleshooting skills, including Defender product suite, Identity, Endpoint, Office and Cloud. * Skills with managing and maintaining server backups.If this role is of interest, please forward your most up to date CVRullion celebrates and supports diversity and is committed to ensuring equal opportunities for both employees and applicants.
