Credit Litigation ExecutiveAn Credit Litigation Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.My client is an award winning, national law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Credit Litigation Executive you will be handling your own case load of litigated delegated authoritysmall and/or fast track claims (dependant on experience).You will be dealing with some of the highest value and technicallycomplex credit hire cases with some exceeding £50K. These include appeals, credit hire fraud and strategic litigation.
