As a Care Assistant working with our Hospice@Home Team, you will be a highly motivated person who wants to make a difference both personally and professionally to patients who require palliative and end of life care.You will be working as part of the multi-disciplinary team under the guidance of a registered nurse, giving holistic care to patients and their families.Ideally you will be someone who has experience of palliative care or has worked as a carer previously, however training, support and supervision are all provided.We have both 22.5 and 30 hour contracts available worked on a shift rota with flexibility to cover evenings, lates and weekends.
