Trainee Financial Adviser* Competitive basic along with uncapped bonus structure.* Comprehensive benefits package.* Structured training programme provided.* Opportunity to work in a highly supportive environment.* Study support to attain Chartered status.* Modern office working environment with free parking.The roleA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Financial Adviser to join a thriving Wealth Management Practice based in Sunderland.The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic team who really put the clients needs at the heart of everything they do.You will work with a highly supportive leadership team who will go out of their way to ensure you are successful in the role by means of a thorough induction and integration into the business, along with robust training and ongoing support.Once trained up, you will provide holistic financial advice covering core areas including retirement planning, savings and investments along with protection planning, working from an office base looking after clients based across the UK. Advice will be givenremotely via Teams and Zoom, so you wont be expected to travel up and down the country.This wonderful opportunity would suit a Diploma qualified Paraplanner or Financial Planning Administrator keen to launch their career within a highly professional practice. It may also suit an individual who has been in bancassurance, working hard to get theirexams but now keen to move to a growing independent practice.As previously mentioned, full training will be provided along with a wide range of clients. RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will ideally have the full Diploma in Financial Planning or be very close to achieving this. Experience working in a financial services environment in either a client facing, paraplanning or administrative post would be preferred.Communication skills and a strong ability to build rapport is essential along with a professional manner.
