This is a varied and highly rewarding role with the potential forexcellent job satisfaction.As Continuous Improvement Manager you will:- Use your communication skills when being involved in business analysis and implementation- Understand the latest management methodologies and embody top leadership principles and styles.- Analyse company processes and procedures and develop process enhancement strategies.- Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes and work to establish norms and standards of company performance- Collaborate with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction. - Train, mentor, and guide team members in new processes. - Stay up-to-date with developments in management and process optimisation.Experience needed:- Demonstrable experience in process optimisation, operations, or business management. - A track record of successful implementation of operational improvements - A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organisational structures.- A strategic and analytical mindset.If this sounds like you, please apply.
