Summary We are looking for an innovative and dynamic Advisor to join us and support our huge ambitions for nature recovery, climate adaptation, carbon capture and public access through the adoption of different forms of sustainable land management. Workingacross the Midlands, you will be partnering and collaborating with in hand operations colleagues and farm tenants. An expert in transformational land use change and conservation farming techniques, you will be advising and leading on the innovative solutionsthat will enable us to deliver our vision. What its like to work here Joining a national network of Land Use and Farming Advisors and working closely with other advisors including nature conservation, trees and woodlands, climate, water, and archaeology you will be able to utilise a wealth of peersupport and expertise. Committed to delivering better outcomes for nature, climate, and people you will provide support, direction and technical advice to property and estate teams and farm tenants on all aspects of sustainable agriculture and conservationland management. What youll be doing Working closely with our ranger teams, Estate Managers and farming tenants, building relationships and trust, and supporting the development of agroecological and regenerative approaches to land management. You willdevelop and share the practical approaches that will enable people to create and restore a wider range of habitats, establish more trees across our estate, improve the condition of soils and water, support a wide range of species and reduce carbon emissions.Enabling the adoption of approaches that are financially sustainable will include helping and supporting the development of new agri-environment schemes and other grants, supporting fundraising and other financial mechanisms.Who were looking for
