The purpose of the Training Coordinator Apprentice is to ensure the continued growth of the business through the provision and coordination of high-quality training. Furthermore, this role will play a key role in promoting the training and courses availableto external clients, securing strong course attendance. We deliver a range of services, from technical and vocational training and assessment, through to L&D strategy and levy utilisation, along with specialist apprenticeships and consultation services across the UK About the Role Planning day-to-day London Underground track safety courses according to perceived client demands and schedule Schedule, conduct and implement all London Underground eLearning courses Assisting and crosschecking with the invoicing of the relevant courses with the respective clients Checking Purchase Order numbers to booked courses Preparation of all trainer registers and associated documents Upload eLearning results to the appropriate database Planning and organising the training schedule. Promote course availability through weekly mailshots to external client base. General assistance with admin function where required. What are we looking for Good Communication skills both verbal and written Good team player as the role will involve working with various stakeholders Good understanding of Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook and Excel Must be process driven and have a good attention to detail Ability to adapt and work to tight deadlines Must be self-driven and adapt to change Extremely organised and efficient Highly dedicated to customer service and completion of tasks Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint High level of communication skills Ability to work autonomously Ability to think creatively to ensure a solution is found Morson Group is an equal opportunities employer and respects diversity.
