Job Description

Temporary Customer Service Assistants - Docklands / East London - up to £12/hour We are looking for experienced Customer Service Assistants / Hospitality Assistants to temp on ad hoc assignments at leading venues in East London.These temp assignments would suit individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the desire to provide high levels of customer service to clients and visitors and proactive problem-solving capabilities.Excellent time-keeping, reliability and professionalism is required.Please note: working hours will include week days, evenings and weekends, as needed.We are looking for the following:

Previous customer service / hospitality experience (c1 year+)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels in a professional manner
Flexible and can-do attitude
Accurate time-keeping and a reliable nature
Pride in your appearance
Availability to commit to ongoing or ad hoc assignments
Availability to work week days, evenings and weekends as needed
Ability to provide two recent references
Eligibility to work in the UK
