Job Description

Exhibitor Services Sales Manager - Events and Conference Venue - East London - up to £45k + generous bonus schemeWe’re on the hunt for an Exhibitor Services Sales Manager, with sales experience in multi-channel customer experiences, exhibitions or events, to join a leading exhibition space / venue that welcomes 4 million visitors annually.As a team member of a world class venue, the Exhibitor Services Sales Manager will be instrumental in formulating and setting objectives and KPIs in a multi-channel exhibitor sales environment. You will provide leadership, direction and process implementation for the exhibitor services team, with a view to continually improvingcustomer experience and efficient internal workflows.This great opportunity would suit someone self-motivated and hardworking with boundless energy and enthusiasm as this is a fast-paced, target driven environment. You will be results-focused yet possess exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manageand improve performance when needed.Key responsibilities as the Exhibitor Services Sales Manager will include:

  • Providing strategic leadership and direction for the exhibitor CX function; engaging with all stakeholders and contributing to the CX strategy for the multi-channel, digital age
  • Leading, mentoring and supporting a team
  • Establishing and managing internal processes for exhibitor order management
  • Managing the exhibitor ordering process from enquiry to order confirmation and invoicing
  • Planning and managing resources as required
  • Managing incoming multi-channel exhibitor enquiries
  • Managing outbound exhibitor communication processes in conjunction with the marketing team
  • Managing the data entry and maintenance of all exhibitor accounts and order information
  • Producing regular reports

What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in a similar customer experience / venue / exhibition space role
  • Experienced in inbound sales
  • Proven experience managing a multi-channel contact centre
  • Strong leadership qualities - ability to manage, train, coach and mentor direct reports
  • Knowledge and understanding of best practices for Contact Centres
  • Proficient in analysing and interpreting relevant data via business intelligence tools
  • Experience with Ungerboeck is advantageous
  • IT literate including MS Office
  • Results focused
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
