Job Description

Spencer Clarke Group are working alongside Newham Council to appoint a talented Family Hubs Project Manager on a Contract basis.As a Family HubsProject Manager youll play a vital role in leading on the roll out of the Family Hubs in Newham.The ideal candidate will be forward thinking, driven and determined to make a difference!If that sounds like you, wed love to hear from you!About the roleBased in Newham you will be tasked with delivering key strategic objectives including:

  • Directly managing projects within the delivery function, working closely with our Assistant Director of Improvement and Change (Peoples Services), and the Programme Manager; as well as drawing on resources from a wide range of multi-disciplinary teamsand services outlined above
  • Working closely with our Assistant Director for Childrens Commissioning and their team to ensure the project meets identified needs. Given the scale of the project, you will also be working with other internal and external partners and must be someonewho enjoys complexity and problem solving.
About youThe ideal candidate for this position will have:
  • Relevant Project Management qualification
  • At least 3 years project and programme management in a range of sectors
  • Knowledge of Prince2 & Agile methodologies
  • Able to work with stakeholders and partners to deliver change
About the companyYoull be working for Newham Council a high profile local government body focussed on only the best outcomes for its residents and stakeholders.Whats on offer
  • Salary: £360-£460+ per day Inside IR35
