BIM Coordinator - Tier 1 Main ContractorMy client is a Tier 1 Main Contractor. They have a solid reputation as an international construction group, and have an enviable forward order book of UK building projects.They are seeking a BIM Coordinator for a large new build mixed use scheme based in Londons Docklands. The current phase of the scheme is c. £250m in contract value and will deliver nearly 300 units for private rent, 150 shared ownership units and 200 affordable homes.There is a very high caliber leadership team on site so this will be a great environment to learn and develop your career.Reporting to the divisional BIM Manager you will support the implementation and coordination of BIM project wide.You will manage the clash avoidance and builders works processes, support the consultant design team and project team, attend design coordination meetings and report on model quality, among other duties as required.Candidates must have:
