Within this role, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient transport operation and resolution of customer service queries.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DOYou will be the front line contact for all HGV/LGV Drivers, de-briefing either face to face or over the phone, reporting any issues or defects that may come in and speaking with any internal or external customers that it may effect. You will provide and maintain efficient and effective administrative support for the transport and customer service department, along with ensuring we are providing outstanding customer service for all inbound and outbound calls and making sure we resolve these quickly and efficiently.
