Job Description

PE Global is currently recruiting for a Jr Inventory Analyst for a leading manufacturing client based in Desford.*** Would need to be in office until they are fully trained but could be homework after that point.Responsibilities:

  • Exceptions grief report. Working through data and inputting into system,
  • Making sure schedules are aligned. Might need to manually collaborate with suppliersMRC (system they collab with suppliers)
  • Managing supplier relationships. Working with suppliers that are struggling or where demand has changed.
  • Able to create a good relationship with suppliers is a key skill
  • Working with internal stakeholders. Working a lot with NPI, making sure schedules are loading correctly. Validating that it is working.
  • Forecast validation with suppliers and making sure it is accurate. Checking that suppliers are shipping and it is in line with shipping requirements.
  • Able to problem solve, work with suppliers that are struggling to perform. - System related or engaging with purchasing team.
Requirements:
  • Supply chain/supply chain experience is critical
  • Degree qualified is nice to have
  • Good IT skills
  • Good head for numbers, confident telephone manner.
  • Data analytic, good relationship builder.
