Customer ServiceAdvisorLocation: DesfordSalary: £20,000Hours- Full time, rotating pattern of 9-5pm and 10-6pm Monday-FridayPermanent Vacancy with generous holidays.We are looking for someone who is great with people and able to build strong relationships with customers as well as know their way around a computer. This person will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.The Role:The successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for the following duties:Managing and responding to incoming requests and making sure customer outcomes are achieved via e-mail and telephone.Ensuring that all queries have been dealt with accurately by close of businessProactively checking and updating requests using the latest information availableFollowing processes in a timely and efficient mannerProvide accurate and order-specific information to customersSupporting the team, the wider department and companyInputting information into bespoke databases and responding to e-mailsWorking towards KPIsThe ideal Candidate will:Previous experience in Distribution / Supply Chain / Customer ServicesSAP experience would be a distinct advantageExcellent communication skills-verbal and writtenStrong IT skills and administration experience-with Microsoft Package skillsOrganise, prioritise, and manage your time wellExcellent communication skillsWe are looking for a Can do Attitude, you are able to take ownership and accountabilityHolidays: 35 days (incl bank)Free onsite parking.
