Due to client need, the team is expanding to be able to deliver a high-level customer service to businessesregarding their aftermarket parts supply.The Role:You will be responsible for liaising directly with our worldwide dealer network regarding all issues relating to aftermarket parts supply, from producing quotations and progressing orders through to production of specialist export documentation and the resolutionof all dealer queries.The successful Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for the following duties: Providing timely and accurate information to Dealers enquiries via email and telephone. Raising quotations, processing orders, organising transportation, completing export documentation and invoicing. Communicating with other departments including Technical Helpdesk, Purchasing, Warehouse operations and Finance to obtain the most up to date information. Supporting Dealers with access to the parts ordering system and providing training whenever necessary. Ensuring all exporting regulations are adhered to and appropriate export documentation is completed correctly within specified timescales. Chasing dealer back orders using daily back-order reports. Investigating credit requests on freight charges and pricing queries. Finding creative solutions to Dealer supply issues.The ideal CandidateAs a Customer Service Administrator, you will need to be organised, be able to proteose your own workload, managing your time well as well as display a can do attitude. Previous experience in Distribution / Supply Chain / Business to Business Customer Services,or dealing with dealerships would be a distinct advantage.The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, verbal and written with strong customer service skills.
