Job Description

Booking Co-Ordinator/Travel Consultant/Venue Find Consultant Full-time role , Monday - Friday 9am till 5:30pmPermanent positionHybrid working role, however training and some days in Derby DE21Duties:

  • As a Venue find consultant you will be working within a team servicing multiple customers who wish to book corporate travel, meetings, events.
  • Exceeding customer experience, expectations, and service levels
  • Understand and correctly record policies, bookings and profiles in all relevant company systems
  • To highlight service, savings, processes and policy compliance opportunities to the operational management team
  • To build strong relationships with internal and or external clients
  • To process bookings, amendments and cancellations within service level agreement
  • Ensure best fares rates are offered and agreed
  • Resolve customer and supplier queries
Essential:
  • Must be computer literate with Microsoft office
  • Basic data entry skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working in a Hotel, Travel Agency, Hotel, hospitality or events industry
