Job Description

We are currently recruiting for our client NHS Arden & GEM CSU a Transactional Procurement Assistant (Band 3).This role is:

  • Work from home
  • Start Date - ASAP
  • Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - 37.5 hours per week
  • Up until 31 March 2024
Job Overview:
  • First point of contact for the department, dealing with specialist and routine enquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Communicating all relevant information to Stakeholders, referring to others as appropriate.
  • You will support the Transactional Procurement team to ensure the smooth running of the service line.
  • You will use various computerised systems to include Oracle (ISFE) system to support the requisitioning of foods and services and producing purchase orders.
  • All administrative tasks as and when required, to include emails and management of generic in-boxes, letters etc
  • Booking travel for train tickets and accommodation
  • Providing month reports to customers and stakeholders
  • Obtaining quotations for existing framework suppliers.
