MTE has responsibility for all Enterprise Systems and Back-office applications across Rolls-Royce coveringareas such as HR, Finance, Purchasing, General Counsel, Risk, Quality, HSE and Corporate Comms.This is an excellent opportunity for a well organised and driven employee with a keen interest in emerging technologies in the industry. You will be required to maintain a presence in several different projects simultaneously.

  • Interpret business requirements to enable and own the design of integrated solutions whilst ensuring alignment with the Enterprise Architect roadmap.
  • Ensure applicable standards are adhered to in terms of design and documentation of the Product solutions.
  • Provide advice on technical aspects of systems development and integration in line with technical strategies, standards etc.
  • Create and manage relationships with our application vendors.

  • Experience of leading and working in a global business environment and working within distributed teams.
  • Proven ability to undertake work which requires the application of fundamental principles in a wide and often unpredictable range of contexts.
  • Able to advise on the available standards, methods, tools and applications relevant to own specialism and can make appropriate choices from alternatives.
  • Absorbs technical information and communicates effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences, and actively seeks to understand and communicate the implications of new technologies and industry developments.
  • TOGAF or similar qualification in IT Architecture is desirable.
