Job Description

Hayley Group Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our well-established and experienced team in the Nuclear Division at our AMS Derby branch. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.Hayley Group is the largest independent distributor of engineering products and consumables in the UK. We are an equal opportunities employer, currently employing over 1,000 people who continue to be a cornerstone of our business and arefundamental to providing industry-leading customer service.About the role:As our Project Manager your role will entail overseeing the Projects Team and ensuring effective resource management while monitoring overall progress.Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.Key responsibilities as our Project Manager will include:

  • Planning and monitoring projects.
  • Liaising with the customer on ongoing, new and potential future projects.
  • Asset management.
  • Adapting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards.
Skills & Attributes were looking for in our Project Manager:
  • Project Management or MRO experience is essential.
  • Team leadership experience would be advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication, with strong numerical aptitude.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and have the ability to work to deadlines and targets.
