Job Description Programme Lead - Capability Full timeDerby / HybridWhy Rolls-RoyceAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Lead to join the team in Engine Overhaul Services, Derby. This role is ideally suited to someone technically focused, who can approach their work in a structured manner through ambiguity and who hasexperience integrating budget, resource and schedule with PM tools and processes. This will be a challenging role and provide an excellent opportunity to develop your career and build a strong network across the breadth of Services, as an interface into EOS.You will primarily support the Manufacturing Engineering and Planning teams and be pivotal in ensuring collaborative team working to ensure KPIs are on track. This is a great development opportunity which will give the incumbent the ability to work autonomouslyand to help define the processes and procedures around EOSs non-shop visit related activities and to drive their adherence.
