Are you a Production Planner with Sage 200 experience An innovative and growing organisation who manufacture supplements for the sports industry are recruiting for a Production Planner to join their team based in Derby. Salary £32-35k plus benefits, working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.As Production Planner within this small yet thriving organisation, you will work closely with the Directors in meeting production targets to customer requirements. Managing a small team of production staff you will form excellent relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure that all planning is carried out for approx 500 ingredients. Stock control and availability is key to this role to determine lead times for customers and plan production correctly to meet customer deadlines.It is essential you have production planning experience from a manufacturing environment ideally within the food industry but this is not essential. You must to used to planning production for in excess of 300 SKUs, and be able to demonstrate your ability to work to deadlines successfully. Communication skills are extremely important for this role to keep customers and suppliers informed at all times and manage the changing requests and deadlines.
