Job Title: People Systems & Data AnalystSalary: between £23-27K Location: Derbyshire (office-based)JGA are partnered with a well-recognised business to source a People Systems & Data Analyst. Excellent opportunity for an HR Administrator with iTrent systems exposure and data analytics skills.Responsibilities:* Monitoring, configuring and supporting HR, T&A and workforce management systems. * Maintaining accurate people data. * Configuring core HR and Payroll, Talent and Onboarding, eLearning. * Monitoring support mailboxes.* Some HR Data reporting Skills required:* Good interpersonal skills. * Exposure to HR/T&A/WFM systems (ideally iTrent)* Excel. * Analytical approach. * Attention to detail.
