I am working with a business based in the Derby area that are looking for a Payroll Hub Manager to join their team.Client DetailsI am working with a global business, who have an office based in Derby - they are looking for a Payroll Manager to join their team and manage their Hub within the Derby area.This role offers working from home (3 days per week) as well as flexible working hours (37 hours per week).You will have 4 direct reports (2 based in Derby and 2 based across Europe). It is essential that you have strong people management skills and experience in project work and vendor management.The Hub Manager is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery (based on service level agreements) of payroll and reporting to both the business and external authorities, in the countries under their responsibility.
