Job Title: Marketing Officer (Manufacturing)Location: North DerbyshireSalary: £25,000 DOEWe are looking for a Marketing Officer to join our clients Manufacturing team based in North Derbyshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to drive the companys growth and success.The role will involve working closely with the sales and marketing teams to find new ways to reach and engage with customers, as well as developing and maintaining the marketing strategy.Responsibilities:* Develop and implement effective marketing plans and strategies to meet business objectives* Monitor and analyse marketing performance and adjust plans accordingly* Monitor competitors activities and identify potential opportunities* Plan and manage the marketing budget* Work with the sales team to develop and implement customer relationship management strategies* Analyse customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction* Identify and attend trade shows and conferences* Liaise with external vendors and agencies* Write copy for promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, emails and press releases* Create and manage marketing databases* Write and proofread copy for marketing materials* Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts* Manage and improve lead generation campaigns* Monitor industry trendsTechnical Skills Required:* Proven experience in marketing* Proficiency in Microsoft Office* Knowledge of marketing and advertising principles* Excellent communication skills* Strong organisational and project management skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a teamIf you are interested in this role and feel you have the relevant skills and experience, please apply for immediate consideration and interview.
