  • Oversee the management of Knowledge for all audiences, including end users & resolver teams.
  • Implement and maintain Knowledge Management standards and processes to ensure efficiency, cost savings and excellent user experience.
  • Implement and maintain Knowledge Management tools.
  • Plan and manage (or oversee management of) Knowledge teams and staff within his/her authority.
  • Ensure adherence to Knowledge Management standards and processes.
  • Manage/collaborate with (other) Knowledge Managers and Knowledge team(s) across support levels (if applicable) and/or suppliers.
  • Ensure Service and/or Operational Levels for Knowledge Management are defined and met.
  • Ensure effective and efficient daily operations of Knowledge management.
