Job Description

IT Helpdesk Engineer - DerbyRole: IT Helpdesk Engineer Location: Derby Salary: £25K DOEI am looking for a focused and driven IT Professional to join a thriving construction business on a permanent basis. This is a busy working environment, as the business is made up of 300+ sites across the UK, and you will be the first point of contact for allIT issues and queries raised across the business. As the Helpdesk Engineer for this company, you will take full ownership of any issues that are raised with you allowing you to use your own initiative to achieve results. If issues cannot be fixed by you, you will be required to escalate these to the servicedesk if necessary or liaise with external 3rd party support companies.You will investigate issues involving PCs, laptops, thin client and telephony systems and will be provided with the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and projects, working your way up within the company if you so wish.
